* Start by selecting "Settings," then "Update & Security."
* Select the "straight talk password reset" option.
* See if the error appears or not.
* If not, you will need to add the names of the straight talk account by hand.
* It will clear the pathways for the emails that you receive and send.
* Choose ‘change straight talk password‘ in account.
* Now, select ‘Straight Talk Accounts.’
* Choose ‘View or change existing straight talk accounts.’
* Tap ‘Next.’
* In the straight talk account dialog box, tap ‘Add‘ followed by ‘reset‘ and then ‘next.’
* Tap "Next" after entering the proper straight talk password information.
* Now hit ‘Finish.’
* Verify the settings in straight talk.
